Fractional Ownership is vacation club at coveted resorts around world

This is the continuation of my prior blog on the sale of a fractional ownership at the base of the ski area at Steamboat Springs.  This part tells you about the grand lifestyle that comes with this fractional ownership.  My Buyer Clients found me through my website, www.CoolColoradoRealEstate.com

When the threesome arrive at the local airport, a driver will hand them refreshing drinks to enjoy while he rounds up all their luggage and takes them to this fabulous property, which sits at the base of the ski area.  All residences have some of the best views Steamboat Springs offers.  Upon arrival, they can relax in the owners’ bar and lounge while their belongings are placed in their closets and drawers.  If they have a wardrobe or other belongings they leave on-site for their visits here, they will have already been brought out of storage and placed in their rooms as well.  They can leave their personal sports equipment on-site as well, such as bicycles, golf clubs, and skis.  If they have a personal cache of wine at the residents’ bar (my clients are having several cases shipped), they can enjoy that or their choice of the bar offerings at the bar or the on-site 5-star restaurant.  They can have drinks or meals delivered to their residence, or get a massage in their residence or at the on-site spa.

A gym with state-of-the-art equipment is at the ready for their workouts, and classes are held on a regular basis for Pilates and Yoga.  There is a fun playroom for little kids and a terrific game room for the older kids to hang out and play pool, ping-pong, foosball, air  hockey, wii, and tables for playing cards or board games or eating.  A fully-stocked refrigerator will delight the hungry, thirsty teenagers while they have a blast without the parents!  All this in a setting at the base of the ski area, with a gondola to go up skiing, and another gondola, brand-new, to take them down-mountain to the Wildhorse Market Center, where they can enjoy the movie theatre, coffee shops, ice cream parlor, restaurants, get a haircut, or walk over to the strip mall down the street to pick something up at the supermarket or WalMart.  Now I’ve saved the best part for last:

Imagine coming to the residents’ lounge in the morning for coffee, tea, juice, or hot chocolate and enjoying fresh fruit and pastries.  Then you walk down the hall to the ski lockers.  You grab your ski boots, which have been on the gentle dryer overnight, and proceed to put them and your other gear on.  Meanwhile, your personal ski valet decides whether you might want your all-terrain skis or your powder skis today, retrieves them from the ski room where they have been checked and tuned, and sets them out with your poles on the rack next to the ski slope.  And when you’re done skiing for the day, or if you just want to come in for lunch at your residence or the restaurant, you just ski down the hill and park your skis at the rack for your valet to tend to.  Now that’s quite a lifestyle.

Other offerings at the Steamboat Springs’ property include membership at Catamount Lake and Golf Club.  While you are in residence at the property in the summertime, you can go canoeing, water skiing, swimming at the large pool, or golfing.

The other properties where you have reciprocity include a golf club in Scottsdale, a beach resort at Cabo San Lucas, ski-in/ski-out residences at Snowmass, a winery in Tuscany, and other great resorts in the Virgin Islands, Napa Valley, Rancho Santa Fe and Ireland.
